Law is always late when it comes to technolgical developments including blockchain. If you simply read GDPR you will see quickly that this is not really practical on the average blockchain. It’s a constant challenge to try to adapt those outdated legal instruments on newly approaching phenomenons. – Prof. Dr. Nikolaus Forgó
